You can access all financing information via our quoting website, premiumfinancemanager.com. pfManager enables users to quote and print finance agreements, submit them electronically for booking, generate on-demand reports, check account statuses and histories in real time, view and reprint documents, and manage your Insureds' accounts from any internet connected computer 24/7. Our Insured website, myfinanceaccount.com lets users see their account statuses and payment information so they can stay informed about their financing.
Our customer service representatives have years of experience in the industry and can assist your Insureds with account questions, billing issues, and any questions they may have. Our office hours are 7:30-5:30 CST M-F. In addition, for Agents our Accounting, Tech, Collections, and Management teams are always glad to help you with questions or issues you may have about working with us and will do all we can to not only earn your business but keep you and your Insureds satisfied with Guardian's level of service.
